The health and well_being of all are closely related to the environment around us. Informing us and taking behaviours at the individual, collective and business level promote responsible development that is reflected in a better quality of life and the environmental sustainability of the planet.
The students, in this month of April, have done activities with puzzles that also help us to develop motor skills, concentration, cognitive skills, mathematicl logic, increase self- esteem, etc.
Reading is the best medicine. It has many benefits for our health. Just as we must spend 30 minutes a day doing sports, we must also spend 30 minutes a day reading.
