TALK ON EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Marta Molpeceres López, Graduated in Philosophy from the University of Murcia and teacher of Psychology, Education for citizenship and human rights, and Ethical Values at IES LA OLIVA, has given a talk to the students of 2nd Bac B within the organized activities in our ERASMUS + FIT4THOUGHT Project.

Her talk " EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, according to David Goleman" has made reference to the emotional quotient in analogy to the intellectual quotient and the value of emotional intelligence in different areas of our life and work.

Thank you very much to Marta for her collaboration with FIT4THOUGHT since throughout this school year, when teaching her subject, she will deal with issues related to our project such as memory and forgetting, guidelines for working memory, healthy habits to take care of our brain and the importance of emotional intelligence in different areas of our life and work.

Thank you to the 2nd Bac B students for having participated in this activity and for your support to  FIT4THOUGHT

WORKSHOP TO IMPROVE THE ATTENTION

To finish this term we have organized some activities to improve the attention and have fun during the pause. To do this we have created a circuit where students, to start it, have had to perform some activities that has been the exit of a circuit where they have had to pass a series of tests (jump to weed, circuit to jog, jump from hoop to hoop, do some activity with the hoop and jump to the comba)

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PARTICIPATING AND FOR HAVING A GOOD TIME!

  • Specifically with this exercise you must attend to the numbers that are presented, and write it in reverse order. For example, at the first number 625, the inverse would be 526.
